What is it?

We from Sud-Lukyan invented a car which can ride and fly. Flying is very important to bring sentenced people to Gulagia, our prison island. We also have a lot of valleys, hills and mountains.
Our car is empowered by our nuclear waste. Of course it is a small part of all the waste but we are looking for a solution to transform the pollution. Carkyan is the only car allowed in Sud-Lukyan.

Carkyan is normally for four persons, but there is the possibility to attach a second car to enlarge the first one so you can travel in large groups. Which is an important feature for the large families in our country.
In each city there are a couple of places where you can refill your car with our nuclear waste.
Sud-Lukyan has four seasons. That is why Carkyan has a removable top.
